Os modelos MTB EXPL500 e ST500, exclusivamente dos lotes KT24040006-15; KT24040006-16; KT24040006-17; KT24040018-14; KT24040018-16; KT24040018-17; KT24040034-10; KT24040034-2; KT24040034-4; KT24040034-8; KT24040045-10; KT24040045-8; KT24040045-9, fabricados entre os dias 15 e 17 de maio de 2024 e comercializados entre os dias 2 de julho e 9 de setembro de 2024.<\/p><p>Foi constatado que uma pe\u00e7a de pl\u00e1stico na parte de tr\u00e1s do <a href=\"https:\/\/cupombike.com.br\/product-category\/roupas-e-acessorios\/capacetes\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"Capacetes em Promo\u00e7\u00e3o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">capacete<\/a>, que segura a tira de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/cupombike.com.br\/product-category\/roupas-e-acessorios\/capacetes\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"Capacetes em Promo\u00e7\u00e3o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">capacete<\/a> no queixo do usu\u00e1rio pode quebrar e exp\u00f5e os usu\u00e1rios a potencial risco de seguran\u00e7a, principalmente se houver um impacto no local causado por uma queda.<\/p><p>A Decathlon afirma que at\u00e9 a presente data n\u00e3o houve registros de incidentes (leves ou graves) decorrentes da falha identificada no produto. A empresa recomenda a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o imediata do uso e, em caso de d\u00favidas, entre em contato pelos canais oficiais indicados neste comunicado ou em qualquer das 50 lojas Decathlon no Brasil.<\/p><p>O procedimento oficial do Recall para devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do produto e reembolso \u00e9 gratuito e o in\u00edcio do atendimento \u00e9 imediato.<\/p><p>A Central de Atendimento ao Cliente Esportista (ACE) tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para eventuais esclarecimentos, por meio do e-mail atendimento@decathlon.com ou no site www.decathlon.com.br\/atendimento. O atendimento ao Cliente Esportista ser\u00e1 realizado dentro do hor\u00e1rio comercial, entre 8h e 17h.
